Welcome
Uganda
is one of the few African countries responding to
the global
call by evaluators and development practitioners to
form professional
evaluation associations as a mechanism of cultivating an evaluation
culture among national economies.
The
Uganda Evaluation Association (UEA) was registered in 2002 as
a professional association and national chapter of
the African
Evaluation Association (AfrEA). The Association operates in
partnership and close collaboration with government institutions
and various international organizations to consolidate and strengthen
evaluation capacity in Uganda. Here is our
constitution.
There
will be a course on Participatory Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
(PPM&E) is organised by the International Agriculture Centre
(IAC, the Netherlands) in collaboration with Makerere University
and in association with the African Evaluation Association and
Uganda Evaluation Association from the 7th up to 27th November
